En 2017 Stefan se desempeñó como
1er Director Ejecutivo de BoysToMen / GirlsToWomen
en el Área de la Bahía de San Francisco y dirigió durante más de 5 años un Capítulo BoysToMen en su ciudad natal Santa Bárbara. Como Director de Desarrollo de BTM, apoyó el lanzamiento de capítulos de BTM en varias regiones del planeta.

re-integration of students and to identify the ones, who are struggling.
GenDerations Founder Stefan Hermann has been awarded membership in the Tulsa Remote program and offers training to peer mentors and adults to built a sustainable program collaborating with other Tulsa institutions.
